Stance: The way in which someone stands, especially when deliberately adopted (as in baseball, golf, and other sports); a person's posture.

Remember here are a few tips to get the most out of your 3 month access of this Mini-Yoga program

(Consistency will allow your body to adapt to the movements, gain muscle memory, and develop strength in all the right places)

⚫️ Make Sure To Find Time Through Out Your Day

(It takes less then a month of consistentcy to see results. Does not work well if it is on and off)

⚫️Make Sure Your Mindset Is Postive

(Before engaging in anytype of physcial activity including this program)

⚫️ Keep Your Goals Realistic

(goals of this program is to increase mobility, correct Posture, and reduce discomfort)
